Tracking World Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (CodeIgniter – CRM) to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building and customizing CRM systems using CodeIgniter, with strong command over frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and deployment.

Position: Full Stack Developer (CodeIgniter – CRM)
Location: Lahore - HO
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional PHP/CodeIgniter development experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize CRM features and modules built on CodeIgniter.
• Enhance and extend CRM workflows to align with business processes.
• Build, optimize, and consume APIs for third-party system integrations.
• Manage database design, queries, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Handle deployment workflows, environment setup, and Git-based version control.
• Develop user-friendly frontend interfaces and customize UI/UX as required.
• Customize PDF templates, invoices, and views without altering core files.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in CodeIgniter (v3.x or v4) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in customizing/creating CRM or ERP modules using modular architecture.
• Knowledge of module architecture (activation hooks, menu registration, helper functions).
• Strong database skills: table prefixes, optimized queries, migrations.
• Experience customizing templates, invoices, and estimates without editing core files.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• API development and integration with RESTful services.
• Familiarity with security practices (CSRF, SQL injection prevention, sanitization).
• Hands-on experience with Git and structured deployment workflows.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Laravel framework.
• Knowledge of Linux VPS, cPanel, and WHM server management.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM workflows and automation.
• Familiarity with RESTful standards and JSON/XML handling.
