Full Stack Developer & Designer

We are looking for a skilled full-stack website designer & developer who can manage complete website projects - from design to development and domain setup to development, SEO optimization, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate should be creative, technically strong, and focused on delivering fast, secure, and high-ranking websites.

Responsibilities:

• Design modern, attractive, and user-friendly website layouts (UI/UX)
• Develop responsive and high-performance websites
• Handle complete website setup (domain, hosting, SSL, server setup)
• Install, configure, and manage themes & plugins
• Customize WordPress and other CMS platforms
• Optimize websites for high speed and performance
• Implement SEO best practices for better Google ranking
• Improve Core Web Vitals and page load time
• Integrate APIs, forms, payment gateways, and third-party tools
• Maintain, update, and secure websites regularly
• Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
• Work with marketing and content teams for lead generation

Skills:

• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Frontend frameworks: React / Angular / Vue (any one)
• Backend: PHP / Node.js / Python / MySQL
• Expertise in WordPress Development
• Domain, hosting & server configuration experience
• Theme customization and plugin development
• SEO skills: On-page, Technical SEO, Speed Optimization
• Performance tools: PageSpeed, GTmetrix, Lighthouse
• Caching, CDN & image optimization
• Website security & backups
• Git/GitHub version control
• UI/UX tools: Figma, Adobe XD (basic knowledge)

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in full stack web design & development
• Strong portfolio with live websites
• Degree/Diploma in IT/CS (preferred, not mandatory)
