Full Stack Developer- Faculty & Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack ( Mongo DB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or PHP, HTML, Bootstrap, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to build scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Build dynamic and reusable components using React.js (if working with the MERN stack).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Back-End Development:

• Design and develop server-side logic using Node.js (MERN) or PHP.
• Create and manage databases using MySQL or Mongo DB.
• Develop Restful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security measures.

Database Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain database schemas for optimal performance.
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage database operations (CRUD).
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

Full Stack Integration:

• Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless web applications.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Debug and resolve issues across the entire stack.

Testing and Deployment:

• Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure code quality.
• Deploy applications to production environments and monitor performance.
• Continuously improve application performance and user experience.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) OR (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and MySQL).
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap).
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Knowledge of database design, optimization, and management (MySQL or MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in full stack development.
