Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer Faculty to train students in modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, teaching ability, and a passion for mentoring students to become industry-ready developers.

The role involves delivering structured training programs, guiding students through real-time projects, evaluating performance, and supporting career readiness.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on Full Stack Development technologies.
• Teach front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frameworks (React/Angular preferred).
• Train students in backend development using technologies like Node.js, PHP, or similar server-side languages.
• Provide hands-on training in database management (MySQL/MongoDB).
• Design and update course curriculum based on industry standards and trends.
• Conduct practical sessions, coding exercises, and real-time project implementation.
• Mentor students, clarify technical queries, and provide learning support.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Guide students in best coding practices, debugging techniques, and deployment processes.
• Assist students in building portfolios and preparing for technical interviews.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams for student career development.
• Maintain training documentation and progress reports.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js/Angular preferred).
• Backend development knowledge (Node.js / PHP / Express.js or similar).
• Database knowledge (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Basic understanding of deployment and hosting processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Prior teaching or technical training experience is highly preferred.
• Industry experience in full stack development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and student development.
• Experience handling fresh graduates or beginner learners is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
