ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our internal systems team at NOBL Travel. You'll work on developing and maintaining our ERP platform, HRIS, CRM, and operational dashboards while supporting our AWS infrastructure. This role reports to our Head of Internal Systems and collaborates closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Development (70%)

• Develop and maintain features for our PHP-based ERP system

• Build and enhance our Node.js-based CRM platform

• Create and maintain operational dashboards for real-time business intelligence

• Work on HRIS platform improvements and integrations

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Debug and resolve technical issues across systems

• Implement API integrations with third-party systems

Infrastructure & DevOps (20%)

• Support AWS infrastructure management (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)

• Assist with deployments and release management

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Implement and maintain security best practices

• Participate in disaster recovery planning

Collaboration (10%)

• Work with department heads to gather requirements

• Translate business needs into technical solutions

• Provide technical support to internal users

• Document systems and development processes

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Programming Languages:

• PHP - Strong proficiency (3+ years)

• Node.js - Solid experience (2+ years)

• JavaScript - Advanced knowledge

• SQL - Strong database query skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

• HTML/CSS - Proficient

Infrastructure & Tools:

• AWS Services - Hands-on experience with EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch

• Linux/Unix server administration

• Git version control

• REST API development and integration

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Database:

• MySQL or PostgreSQL - Complex queries, optimization, schema design

• Database performance tuning

• Data modeling and normalization

Additional Technical Skills:

• Understanding of MVC frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar)

• Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks

• Frontend frameworks/libraries (React, Vue.js, or similar) - a plus

• Docker/containerization - a plus

• nginx/Apache web server configuration

• Understanding of security best practices (SQL injection prevention, XSS, authentication)

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of professional software development experience

• Proven experience building and maintaining internal business applications

• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems

• Hands-on AWS infrastructure experience

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Experience with agile development practices

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Detail-oriented with commitment to code quality

• Team player who can also work autonomously

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain industries

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or shipping integrations

• Experience with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, etc.)

• Background in workflow automation

• Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.com

• Startup or high-growth company experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
