We are hiring for two roles:

• IT Support & Odoo Backend Administrator
• Senior Full-Stack AI Developer

Key Responsibilities (Combined)

• Manage and support Odoo ERP backend, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Provide IT support for office devices, software, and network systems.
• Maintain and secure network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, VPNs).
• Manage email systems, domain hosting, and cloud services.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including phishing prevention and threat detection.
• Conduct security awareness training and ensure data protection policies and backups.
• Build and deploy scalable full-stack applications (frontend & backend).
• Design and implement AI-driven systems (LLMs, automation workflows, APIs).
• Develop interactive and real-time systems for event tech and immersive experiences.
• Architect clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
• Integrate third-party services (payments, WhatsApp APIs, analytics, etc.).
• Optimize system performance and production reliability.
• Collaborate on product strategy and development, not just execution.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Odoo backend administration (installation, customization, troubleshooting).
• Strong knowledge of IT support, networking, and email hosting (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar).
• Ability to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Experience with cybersecurity protocols, threat monitoring, and phishing prevention.
• Familiarity with cloud-based servers, Linux, and database management is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

For Senior Full-Stack AI Developer

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong skills in:
• JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js, React or similar)
• Backend architecture & APIs
• Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Experience with AI tools/APIs (OpenAI, automation pipelines, etc.).
• Ability to build end-to-end systems independently.
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving mindset (proactive and self-driven).

Bonus (Huge Advantage)

• Experience in game development or real-time systems.
• WebAR / 3D / interactive installations.
• Automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, custom workflows).
• Startup or product-building experience.
• Experience with event tech or digital experiences.
