Full Stack Developer (Laravel)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Developer (Laravel) based in Islamabad. The Full Stack Developer will work on both front-end and back-end development using Laravel. Responsibilities include building and maintaining user-facing features, managing databases, ensuring high performance, and troubleshooting software issues.

In addition, the candidate will lead and manage a development team of 10–15 members, providing technical guidance, mentoring, task delegation, and performance oversight. The role also includes supervising projects across all technologies, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers, and project managers. The ideal candidate must be capable of driving team efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring scalable, robust, and secure application delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including expertise in Laravel and other server-side technologies
• Skills in Front-End Development such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Comprehensive understanding of Full-Stack Development and core Software Development principles
• Experience in database design and development
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications effectively
• Strong leadership qualities with experience handling a team of 10–15 developers
• Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects across various technologies
• Excellent communication, task management, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to code quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage
