Full Stack Developer Laravel + React

Diget Group is looking for immediate joiners to fill mid-level to Lead Full Stack Developer roles. You will be building scalable, high-performance web applications for the U.S. healthcare industry. This is a full-time, on-site position.

To apply, you MUST have 4-7years of professional experience and expertise in the following stack:

Core Technical Stack (Must-Have)

• Frontend: ReactJS (Hooks, Context API), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Inertia.js, HTML5, CSS3.
• Backend: Core PHP, Laravel (Middleware, Eloquent, Queues, API Development).
• Database: MySQL (Complex queries, schema design, optimization, Laravel migrations).
• DevOps & Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Firebase (Auth, Realtime DB).

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating projects built with the React/Laravel/MySQL stack.
• Proven experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture and modern development workflows.
• Proficiency with Git (GitHub/GitLab) in a collaborative environment.
• Available to start immediately and work on-site.

Hiring Process

Please be aware that our process involves multiple stages to ensure a mutual fit:

• Screening & Initial Technical Task: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an on-site interview which includes a technical discussion and a practical task.
• Advanced Technical Task: Candidates who pass the first stage will be given a more comprehensive technical task to complete.
• Final Interview: Successful candidates will have a final interview with the Project Manager.
