About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong command of Laravel (PHP), Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, along with solid database expertise and basic server-level knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining robust web applications from front to back.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications using Laravel, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Design, manage, and optimize MySQL/MariaDB databases.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
• Handle basic server-side configurations, debugging, and environment management.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP).
• Experience with Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL/MariaDB database design and optimization.
• Good understanding of server-level operations, deployments, and environment setups.
• Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Ability to work with Git and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integrations.
• Familiarity with Docker or containerization tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of caching technologies like Redis.
