Full stack developer Lead

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with 8 to 20 years of industry experience and strong hands-on expertise in full-stack architecture, AI integration, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate must be an Engineering graduate with deep proficiency in technologies like Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, Nuxt.js, MongoDB, and MEAN stack. The role also demands strong cloud-native design and DevOps automation skills to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and end-to-end development of scalable enterprise-grade applications.

• Guide full-stack development using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, Nuxt.js, Angular, ReactJS, and MongoDB.

• Architect and integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications where applicable.

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment strategies, and containerized environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, UI/UX) to ensure seamless software delivery.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services while ensuring application security and compliance.

• Ensure infrastructure as code (IaC), automated deployments, and system monitoring are effectively implemented.

• Mentor engineering teams and promote coding standards, code reviews, and Agile best practices.

• Programming & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, .NET Core, Nuxt.js, Angular, ReactJS

• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB

• AI/ML: Integration experience with libraries/frameworks or platforms

• DevOps & Cloud:

• Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins

• IaC: Terraform, ARM Templates (optional)

• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (ElasticSearch)

• Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket

• Others: RabbitMQ, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Agile/Scrum, REST APIs, Microservices, SOLID principles

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering (mandatory)

• 8–20 years of experience in software development, system design, and technical leadership

• Strong background in application architecture and scalable systems design

• Proven experience with cloud platforms and DevOps best practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in architecting SaaS, ERP, or complex enterprise systems

• Experience with AI/ML integration into production environments

• Passion for mentoring and growing technical teams

• Strong understanding of secure coding, performance tuning, and fault tolerance
