Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and be capable of building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
• Build reusable and scalable frontend components using React.js
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Work with MongoDB for database design and optimization
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and agile development processes

Required Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in MERN Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with React.js, Redux (optional)
• Hands-on experience with Node.js & Express.js
• Knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind
• Experience with Git/GitHub
• Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth – basic knowledge)

Good to Have:

• Experience with Next.js
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD
• Familiarity with AWS / Firebase
• Unit testing (Jest, Mocha)
• Agile/Scrum experience

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
