Full Stack Developer (MERN)

We are urgently seeking skilled and proactive MERN Stack Developers with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience who can take end-to-end ownership of projects and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Analyze business requirements, break them down into actionable tasks, estimate timelines, and actively participate in sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot application issues, implement enhancements, and optimize application performance.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and support their skill development.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines, quality standards, and established development processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux and Context API.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with GraphQL
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of DevOps concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,483.15 - ₹61,251.54 per month
