Aero Intelligence is building an AI-powered platform that ensures industrial reliability through intelligent inspection, prediction, and maintenance. Our software transforms fragmented inspection data from wind turbines into actionable insights, enabling faster, safer, and more predictive maintenance operations.

We are now developing our digital twin dashboard and AI data layer that connects inspection data (visual, thermal, vibration) to real-time analytics and we’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to bring this vision to life.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for building the core AeroAI Cloud Dashboard a web platform where operators can visualize turbine digital twins, view inspection data, and access AI-generated insights.
The role requires strong MERN stack expertise, experience in API design, AI model integration, and interactive 3D visualization (preferably with Three.js or similar libraries).

This is a fast-paced, R&D-heavy environment, ideal for someone who loves solving complex problems and building scalable AI-driven web apps from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the AeroAI Cloud Dashboard using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Build API integrations for connecting inspection hardware data (drones, sensors, UT devices) to the dashboard.
• Implement digital twin visualization modules (3D turbine views, defect overlays, and inspection playback).
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate computer vision and vibration analytics models into the frontend for real-time inference.
• Design and implement data ingestion pipelines for structured/unstructured inspection data (images, videos, CSVs).
• Create secure, multi-tenant user management and report generation modules.
• Optimize for scalability, performance, and seamless data visualization.
• Work directly with product and design teams to translate inspection workflows into a clean, intuitive UI/UX.
• Document APIs, integrations, and system architecture.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Experience building REST APIs (GraphQL or WebSocket a plus).
• Basic experience developing AI applications or integrating ML models (Flask/FastAPI, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Familiarity with 3D visualization frameworks (Three.js, Babylon.js, or CesiumJS).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase, or Supabase).
• Proficient with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system architecture understanding.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Exposure to digital twin or simulation environments (Unity, Blender APIs).
• Understanding of sensor data, vibration analytics, or computer vision pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and AI model deployment workflows.
• Background in industrial robotics, energy, or IoT-based platforms.

You’ll literally be building the core intelligence layer behind the next generation of industrial inspection systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
