Full Stack Developer (MERN / Next.js / Cloud Platforms)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven Full Stack Developer with strong experience in the MERN stack, Next.js, and modern front-end development using Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience managing deployments and infrastructure on AWS, DigitalOcean, and Vercel.

You’ll be responsible for building fast, scalable web applications from scratch and deploying them across cloud platforms with performance, security, and scalability in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack)
• Build modern, responsive front-ends using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
• Create and manage APIs, databases, and back-end architecture
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, DigitalOcean, and Vercel
• Configure servers, domains, SSL, and perform routine DevOps tasks
• Ensure code quality, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers in an Agile environment
• Optimize applications for SEO, performance, and scalability
• Monitor live apps and handle debugging, hotfixes, and maintenance

Required Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js
• Strong experience with MongoDB and general database design
• Have knowledge of Wordpress
• Solid understanding of Tailwind CSS and modern front-end development best practices
• Deployment and server management experience on AWS, DigitalOcean, and Vercel
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflows
• Experience in responsive design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with serverless functions and edge deployments (e.g., Vercel Functions)
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployment (especially for AWS or DigitalOcean)
• Working knowledge of TypeScript
• Understanding of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
