Full-Stack Developer & Odoo Integration Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer with strong Odoo experience to join our in-house technology team.

The candidate will support our Media Company and Group entities by developing websites, building system integrations, maintaining Odoo ERP, and ensuring smooth digital operations across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Digital Platforms

• Develop, enhance, and maintain company websites (landing pages, corporate websites, client portals).
• Build fast, secure, and scalable web applications.
• Manage hosting environments, domains, performance, and security.

Odoo ERP Ownership

• Configure, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Projects, Accounting, HR, Marketing tools…etc.)
• Develop backend modules using Python & Odoo ORM when needed.
• Manage workflows, automation, access rights, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide ongoing support, improvements, and stability to Odoo system.

Integrations & Automation

• Build and manage system integrations between Odoo and third-party platforms.
• Integrate websites, CRM, payment gateways, WhatsApp, Meta APIs, marketing tools, and automation systems.
• Ensure smooth data synchronization, authentication, logging, and troubleshooting.

Technical Operations & Support

• Support marketing and media operations from the technical side.
• Work closely with management and teams to translate business needs into digital & system solutions.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and provide basic user training when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with Odoo (technical & functional).
• Experience in APIs, REST integrations, and automations.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL.
• Experience with hosting, Linux servers, Git.
• English proficiency.

Added Advantage

• Experience in marketing / media agencies.
• Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD.
• Understanding multi-company systems.
• Odoo Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
