About the Role

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer (PERN Stack) to work with our US-based operations. This is a night shift, on-site role in Lahore. You’ll be building scalable, modern applications while collaborating with designers, QA engineers, and project managers in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive web applications using ReactJS
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js & Express
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for scalability
• Convert wireframes into pixel-perfect, user-friendly UI with CSS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Ensure apps are secure, fast, and scalable

Required Skills

• Strong experience with the PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js)
• Proficiency in ReactJS and modern frontend practices
• Solid CSS skills for responsive, pixel-perfect layouts
• Hands-on backend development with Node.js & Express
• Good knowledge of relational database design & PostgreSQL tuning
• Familiarity with RESTful API design & integrations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Availability for night shift (US hours) at our Lahore office

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce platforms
• Knowledge of Redux, Tailwind CSS, or similar libraries
• Familiarity with Git workflows & deployment pipelines
