Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer (Python) to design, build, and maintain the internal applications that power our business. You will be responsible for creating high-impact tools, including our internal web applications and custom vision portals. Your goal is to bridge the gap between complex data and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring our internal teams have the digital tools they need to operate at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Architect, develop, and deploy internal-facing web applications using Python and React.
• Maintenance: Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of internal tool
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical features.
• Automation: Identify manual processes within the company and build automated solutions to save time and reduce human error.
• System Integration: Connect internal portals with third-party APIs.

Requirements

• Backend: Proficiency in Python (specifically frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Frontend: Advanced knowledge of React.js and state management (Redux or Context API), UI/UXTailwind CSS)
• Authentication: Auth0 or Firebase Auth (to secure internal portals).
• Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) for managing complex relational data.
• API Design: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Task Queue: Celery + Redis.
• Experience deploying on Vercel , google cloud and on premise servers.
• Data Orchestration & Workflow Automation: knime, Apache Airflow, n8n ( optional )
• Real-time Communication: Experience with WebSockets (for live sales tickers or notifications)
• Knowledge of Linux is a plus.

Language:

• Excellent professional communication skills in English (both technical and general).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
