Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java backend development and hands-on experience in React.js for front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications and will be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle — from design and development to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance **Java-based backend services**.
• Develop responsive and dynamic **front-end applications using React.js, Redux, HTML, and CSS**.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to technical documentation.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 9+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• 80% Java Frontend expertise — strong hands-on experience in:
• React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• RESTful APIs, JSON, and Web Services
• ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA
• Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
• Build and CI/CD tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• 20% Backend expertise — strong experience with:
• Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
• Responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
• REST API integration and state management
• Strong understanding of **software design principles**, **OOP**, and **best coding practices**.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Exposure to unit testing and test automation frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest).
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native development.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
