Full Stack Developer (React, Laravel)

About the Role

Build next-gen Recruitment technology / SaaS applications in a small, crack team to make a global impact. We are

looking for a Full Stack Developer skilled in React.js (front-end) and Lumen OR Python frameworks (Django/Flask)

(back-end) to design scalable web apps, APIs, and integrations. Immediate / early joiners (within 30 days) are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End (React.js)

• Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS
• Develop modular components with React Hooks, Context API, or Redux
• Consume REST APIs and collaborate with designers for UI/UX consistency
• Optimize web performance, accessibility, and SEO

Back-End (Lumen / Python)

• Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices with Lumen or Django/Flask
• Design and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
• Implement authentication & authorization (JWT/OAuth2)
• Integrate payment gateways and other third-party APIs
• Ensure robust validation, error handling, and security best practices

Full Stack & DevOps

• Manage code versioning using Git (branches, PRs, merge requests)
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)
• Write unit and integration tests (React Testing Library, Jest, PHPUnit)
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and refactoring

Requirements / Must-Have Skills

1. 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience

2. Front-End: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3; State management (Redux, Context API, Hooks); REST API

3. Back-End: Laravel - Lumen OR Python frameworks (Django/Flask); REST API design and authentication

(JWT/OAuth2); MySQL/PostgreSQL; Third-party API & payment gateway integration

4. Full Stack & DevOps: Git workflows; AWS basics (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch); Unit and integration testing, CI/CD

pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines)

5. Soft Skills: Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities; Self-driven, detail-oriented, and team player; Effective

time management and willingness to work across different time zones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
