Full Stack Developer (React Native + Expo)

Mirko Solutions is an international IT company specializing in web and mobile development for clients in the US, Canada, EU, and Australia. We are growing rapidly and are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer (React Native + Expo) for a new international project.

About the role:

THE POSITION INVOLVES RELOCATION TO DUBAI (THE COMPANE ASSISTS WITH RELOCATION)
We’re looking for a very senior Full Stack Engineer who can deliver pixel-perfect financial apps while thriving in an environment where AI is a daily co-pilot. You’ll craft flawless UI in React Native, build secure serverless APIs, and embrace AI tooling to work faster and smarter.

You should be excited to work at the intersection of fintech and AI, and eager to push how AI tools reshape engineering itself.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver production-ready, pixel-perfect UI in React Native + Expo, using Tamagui + Style Dictionary for design consistency.
• Own core neobank features (wallets, payments, transaction histories, onboarding, notifications).
• Build and maintain scalable serverless APIs (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EventBridge).
• Integrate stablecoin/blockchain payment flows with security and compliance in mind.
• Implement real-time features with WebSockets and SSE, including AI-driven chat and streaming UX.
• Optimize for performance (Hermes, Reanimated, FlashList) and observability (Sentry, Better Stack).
• Work closely with design teams using Figma → tokens → Tamagui workflows.
• Actively leverage AI-driven development tools (Claude, Cursor, MCP integrations) to accelerate code, testing, and prototyping.
• Contribute to the culture of AI-assisted engineering, exploring and integrating new tools to increase velocity.
• Mentor teammates and set engineering standards for AI + fintech development practices.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 in mobile fintech apps.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, modern financial apps with secure flows and beautiful UI.
• Mastery of React Native + Expo with a track record of pixel-perfect UI/UX.
• Full stack experience in TypeScript, including serverless AWS backends.
• Experience with secure auth (Cognito, JWT, device secrets) and financial-grade data handling.
• Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain transactions, or payments APIs.
• Strong knowledge of real-time networking (WebSockets, SSE).
• Comfortable working with AI tooling in daily development — ideally already using tools like Claude, Cursor, or AI-assisted IDEs.

Pay: AED20,600.00 - AED33,500.00 per month
