Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js / Node.js) — On-site (Karachi)

iTribeX (Software & Digital Innovation Division of iTribe Solutions) is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our on-site team in Karachi.

This role is for someone who is hands-on, writes clean code, and has experience working on production-level applications. You’ll be working on live international client projects, not internal demos.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend applications using React and Next.js
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to deliver working features
• Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality across the stack
• Debug, optimize, and improve existing modules

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (or relevant role)
• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js
• Experience shipping real-world web applications (deployed projects)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

Nice to Have

• TypeScript, REST APIs, authentication/authorization
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Deployment exposure (Vercel, VPS, Docker, CI/CD)

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 75,000
