Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Shift : 9:00am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Skills Required

Frontend:

• Strong proficiency in React.js (components, hooks, state management, routing).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) for building responsive UI.
• Experience in cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design

Backend:

• Strong expertise in PHP (preferably with frameworks like Laravel/CodeIgniter).
• API development & integration (RESTful services).

Database:

• Hands-on experience with MySQL (database design, queries, optimization, joins, indexing).

Other Skills:

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts.
• Basic knowledge of security best practices (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF prevention).
• Experience with debugging & performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, PHP, MySQL.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend.
• Work on UI/UX improvements to ensure responsive and user-friendly design.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize database queries for speed and performance.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the application to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and suggest improvements.

Nice to Have (Optional but Preferred)

• Experience with Laravel, Next.js, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
