About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (React.js/Next.js) with proven expertise in building large-scale web applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in core Web application software development, including a minimum of 2 years in React.js/Next.js, Node.js (API development), MongoDB, and DevOps tools.

Skills Required:

• Education: B.Tech (IT / CS), MCA, or M.Sc (CS/IT).
• Minimum 4 years in Core Web Application Software Development of large-scale systems.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in React.js/Next.js, Node.js (API Development), MongoDB, and DevOps tools.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Good to Have Knowledge of TypeScript and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Web applications using React.js/Next.js.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and services using Node.js.
• Implement and optimize MongoDB database schemas.
• Work with DevOps tools for CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
