About the Role

We are seeking a smart, innovative, and hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and a proven ability to integrate AI tools and workflows into applications. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a deep foundation in web application development and exposure to modern programming languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
• Build clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end and back-end code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Data) to deliver innovative solutions.
• Work with databases, APIs, and cloud services to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies (AI, automation tools, frameworks) and apply them to projects.
• Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails (1–3 years preferred). Candidates without prior experience should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn Ruby on Rails.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, APIs, or libraries (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong foundation in web application architecture, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging and optimization skills.
