Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails & React)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails and React.js to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving scalable web applications, working across both backend and frontend layers.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js.

· Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

· Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.

· Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

· Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

· Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

· Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

· 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

· Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

· Solid experience building frontend applications using React.js.

· Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations.

· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools.

· Experience with Git version control and Agile development practices.

· Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

· Understanding of MVC architecture and web security best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
