Full Stack Developer (Senior)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and scale a modern, AI-enabled platform.
You will work across backend services and user-facing systems, build out AI pipelines, evaluate and
integrate new databases, and improve reliability for a live broadcasting and streaming system. You will
also create stability reports, dashboards, and monitoring workflows that use AI to make the platform
smarter and easier to operate.

What You Will Do
Full Stack Product Development

• Build and maintain end-to-end features across backend services and front-end experiences
• Design clean APIs and data models that support fast iteration and long-term scalability
• Collaborate with product and design to ship usable, reliable workflows

AI Pipeline and Data Systems

• Build and iterate on AI pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and serving
• Try out and integrate new databases, including search and vector databases
• Optimize retrieval, ranking, and data access patterns for latency and relevance

Streaming and Live Broadcasting Reliability

• Troubleshoot live streaming issues across ingest, transcode, delivery, and playback paths
• Improve observability for streaming health, quality, and user experience
• Build tooling that helps quickly detect, diagnose, and prevent recurring incidents

Reporting, Dashboards, and Monitoring

• Build stability reports and dashboards for uptime, latency, errors, and key operational metrics
• Improve monitoring and alerting with actionable signals and clear runbooks
• Use AI tools to build smart, interactive operational systems, including incident triage and anomaly detection

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Senior level experience building and supporting production web applications end-to-end
• Strong backend experience with one or more languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
• Solid front-end experience building modern web UIs (React preferred)
• Strong understanding of databases and data modeling (SQL + familiarity with NoSQL)
• Experience building observable systems (structured logs, metrics, tracing)
• Strong debugging skills across distributed systems and production environments
• Participation in an on-call rotation may be required

Nice to Have

• DevOps experience, especially containerized deployments, CI/CD, and Kubernetes
• Experience with AI or ML pipelines, embeddings, or LLM-enabled systems
• Experience evaluating and integrating OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Qdrant, Postgres, MySQL,
  Redis, or similar systems
• Experience with streaming protocols and systems such as RTMP, HLS, WebRTC, FFmpeg, Wowza,
  or similar
• Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, Prometheus, or equivalent
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

Required Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical
  experience
• Advanced degree is a plus, but not required
