Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Full‑Stack Developer / Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to design, implement, and maintain end-to-end web applications, lead technical delivery, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement front-end applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and responsive UI patterns.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or comparable technologies; design REST/GraphQL endpoints.
• Architect and maintain scalable data models with relational and NoSQL databases; optimize performance and queries.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit/integration/e2e), and deployment workflows.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to deploy, monitor, and scale applications; implement observability and reliability best practices.
• Integrate third‑party services (auth, payments, analytics) and ensure secure handling of data (OAuth/JWT, encryption).
• Review code, enforce coding standards, perform architecture reviews, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver features on schedule and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement performance and reliability improvements.
• Contribute to technical roadmap, technology selection, and architecture decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–8 years’ full‑stack development experience; senior level for higher end of salary range.
• Strong front-end skills with at least one modern framework (React/Angular/Vue) and proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar; experience building REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases and data modelling.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and one or more cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong testing practices, CI/CD experience, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Good understanding of security best practices, authentication/authorization, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership/mentoring skills. Arabic is an advantage.
