Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Web2 + Web3)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled full stack developer with strong experience in both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, integrating blockchain infrastructure, developing SDKs, and working across wallets, nodes, and Layer 1 blockchain networks.

You will play a key role in bridging traditional web applications with decentralized systems and building production-grade blockchain-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (frontend + backend)
• Build and integrate Web3 features into existing and new platforms
• Develop and maintain SDKs for product integrations
• Work with blockchain nodes, RPC endpoints, and indexing services
• Integrate and manage crypto wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)
• Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity
• Work with EVM-compatible Layer 1 networks
• Implement secure and scalable backend architectures for blockchain interactions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design decentralized solutions
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of distributed applications
• Work with OpenZeppelin libraries (smart contract standards, security modules)
• Build APIs and services that connect Web2 systems with Web3 infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience

Core Engineering

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React.js / Next.js or similar)
• Strong backend development experience (Node.js, NestJS, or similar)
• Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL
• Database experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

Web3 / Blockchain Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Solidity smart contracts
• Experience working with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Arbitrum, etc.)
• Deep understanding of wallet integration and authentication
• Experience with blockchain nodes, RPCs, indexing, and event listeners
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js, viem, wagmi, etc.)
• Experience using OpenZeppelin contracts and security standards
• Understanding of gas optimization and smart contract security best practices

Integration & SDK Development

• Experience designing and building developer SDKs or APIs
• Ability to integrate multiple products into unified developer tools
• Strong understanding of modular architecture and reusable libraries
• Experience with CI/CD for SDK publishing and versioning

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience in Flutter (mobile app development) or React Native
• Experience building mobile wallets or crypto apps
• Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions
• Experience with zero-knowledge proofs (ZK), rollups, or DeFi protocols
• DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP)
• Experience with cross-chain bridges or interoperability protocols
• Familiarity with crypto security audits
• Experience in high-performance backend systems
