Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning

ü Develop and execute complete digital marketing strategies across all channels.

ü Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.

ü Plan digital roadmaps for lead generation, brand awareness & customer engagement.

2. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

ü Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

ü Set up conversion tracking, A/B tests, and ROI-focused campaigns.

ü Analyze performance metrics and optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROAS.

3. SEO & Website Management

ü Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.

ü Manage website performance, landing pages, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).

ü Ensure high-ranking keyword visibility and organic traffic growth.

4. Content Creation & Social Media

ü Plan and execute content strategies for blog, website, and social media.

ü Create engaging posts, reels, graphics (with design tools).

ü Manage social media accounts and drive measurable audience growth.

5. Email Marketing & Automation

ü Design email campaigns, funnels, and automated drip sequences.

ü Manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).

ü Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and automation workflows.

6. Analytics & Reporting

ü Track KPIs across all digital platforms using Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, etc.

ü Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards.

ü Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ü Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

ü 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (full stack preferred).

ü Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, Content, Email Marketing & Automation.

ü Proficiency in tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, CRM tools, WordPress, Canva.

ü Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.

✨ Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

ü Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website builders.

ü Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier).

ü Understanding of UI/UX, funnels, and customer journeys.

ü Ability to create basic design assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
