From Meet & Greet to Park & Ride, we operate a growing network of comparison websites tailored for major airports like Birmingham, Luton, Dublin, and more. While our success to date has been driven by aggressive paid media campaigns, we’re now making a strategic shift—from PPC dominance to organic, AI-powered brand discovery.We’re looking for a Full Stack Digital Marketer who can help lead this transition and build our organic growth engine across Google Search AI, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a full-funnel organic marketing strategy aligned with 2025 digital trends
• Optimise content for AI-powered search visibility (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot)
• Build SEO-driven landing pages, topic clusters, and semantic content structures
• Lead short-form video content strategy for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Manage organic social media growth across Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to execute campaigns
• Repurpose user reviews, UGC, and testimonials into marketing content
• Track, test, and improve performance via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, TikTok Analytics, etc.

You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in full stack digital marketing (B2C, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred)
• Deep knowledge of SEO, social media, video marketing, and growth hacking
• Strong grasp of AI search optimisation (SGE, snippets, entity SEO, etc.)
• Proven success growing traffic & engagement organically
• Bonus: Experience in the travel, automotive, or comparison website industry
• Highly adaptable, experimental, and driven by data, not assumptions
