Perfect Pools and Water Warrior Services are rapidly scaling recreation and lifestyle brands seeking an

in-person Full-Stack Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead Shopify, SEO, paid ads, AI

automation, CRM, workflows, and content creation.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

- Build and optimize Shopify stores

- Build WordPress landing pages

- Run paid ads (FB/IG, Google, TikTok, YouTube) with 5x–10x ROAS

- Create content (graphics, reels, ads, product photos)

- Manage SEO, metadata, schema, alt text

- Build/maintain Go High Level workflows & pipelines

- Develop chatbots, voice bots (Vapi AI + ElevenLabs)

- Integrate automations via Zapier

- Manage social media content calendars

- Build brand assets for Perfect Pools & WWS

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4–7+ years digital marketing experience

- Shopify mastery (CRO, funnels, theme updates)

- WordPress/Elementor experience

- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator)

- Proven ads performance: 5x–10x ROAS

- Strong SEO background

- Strong reporting & analytics

- CRM & automation expertise (Go High Level)

- AI tools experience (chatbots, voice AI)

- In-person only – Clinton Township, MI

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

- Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year ($41–$58/hr)
