About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack ERP Engineer with strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset. The role involves building ERP solutions using the MERN stack with TypeScript, translating business requirements into scalable systems, and contributing to system design, development, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ERP modules and features using the MERN stack with TypeScript.
• Break down unstructured requirements into technical solutions.
• Design scalable and secure system architecture.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams for smooth delivery.
• Build integrations with APIs and automation tools.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Research and propose improvements in system design and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with MERN.
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to solve complex business problems through technology.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (Odoo, SAP, or custom) is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD) is an advantage.
• Strong debugging and optimization skills.
• Effective communicator and team collaborator.
