What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using ReactJS for frontend and Python/Flask for backend.
• Architect, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs to support data workflows and investment research.
• Build internal dashboards , analytics tools , and performance reporting systems for portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate large language models (LLMs) and automate investment workflows.
• Develop robust systems for backtesting , portfolio management , and financial data processing .
• Deploy and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform , leveraging cloud-native capabilities.
• Own CI/CD pipelines , implement DevOps best practices, and manage secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Support real-time data processing and API integrations with third-party financial platforms.
• Work directly with product and investment teams to translate needs into technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Python/Flask) development.
• Experience working on cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) , including deployment and monitoring.
• Familiarity with DevOps , CI/CD pipelines , and cloud-native architecture.
• Knowledge of LLMs , machine learning tools, or experience integrating AI into products.
• Experience building tools for financial analysis , systematic strategies , or portfolio management is a major plus.
• Proactive, resourceful problem-solver who takes ownership and works with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to interface across functions and geographies.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer , ideally in high-performance or data-intensive environments.
• Proficiency in ReactJS , Python/Flask , and building modern web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , or similar (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps , containerization (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD best practices.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration , especially LLMs , is highly desirable.
• Experience working with quantitative finance , data pipelines , or backtesting platforms is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
