Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support developers in building a strong infrastructure and automating key systems. This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams, including UX designers, application engineers, technical project managers, and development teams. The primary objective is to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that consistently exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack enterprise applications aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand and document specific business needs.
• Propose and present solution recommendations, providing technical guidance to project teams.
• Deliver innovative solutions to address complex business problems and challenges.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
• Mentor and guide other architects and engineers within the team.
• Manage and support the professional growth of junior engineers.
• Write high-quality code in Python, React, Node.js, C#, Java, or other modern languages.
• Work with Function-as-a-Service (FaaS) platforms such as AWS Lambda and Azure Functions, along with other serverless technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant technical certifications.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer/Engineer in a professional setting, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Proven experience delivering software solutions using a variety of languages and frameworks.
• Experience in Insurtech and/or Fintech is strongly preferred.
