Full Stack Engineer

AlgoDriven is expanding our engineering team and hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build high-performance SaaS products used by automotive businesses across the Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for someone who writes clean, scalable code, loves React on the front end, and can own backend services in PHP and Node.js. Experience with MySQL and Firestore is essential.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, maintain, and improve React applications used by thousands of customers
• Architect and implement backend API endpoints in PHP (Slim framework) and Node.js
• Work closely with product & frontend teams to deliver fast, intuitive UI/UX
• Own database modelling, optimisation, and query design in MySQL & Firestore
• Integrate with internal and external APIs and services
• Optimise application performance, load times, caching, and state management
• Participate in code reviews, architecture sessions, and sprint planning
• Implement secure authentication, permissions, and role-based access logic
• Help mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
• Ensure quality through automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React (hooks, context, state management, API integration)
• Strong experience with PHP backend development (Laravel or any MVC)
• Good production experience with Node.js
• Very good SQL skills — designing tables, writing queries, optimising indexes
• Experience with Google Firestore (data modelling, triggers, functions)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, testing tools
• Quality-focused mindset — clean code, performance, security
• Bonus skills: TypeScript, Docker, AWS/GCP, queues (SQS, Pub/Sub), Redis
