Full Stack Engineer

About this role

We are looking for Full Stack Engineers across a broad range of experience levels from new grads to senior engineers. We are looking for high-agency, customer-obsessed, and intellectually humble individuals who are driven to take ownership and build systems that matter. You will be instrumental in building the future of healthcare compliance AI.

What you will do:

• Own and ship product features, working across the stack from front-end flows to backend APIs and AI model integrations.
• Translate messy customer problems into elegant product experiences.
• Partner directly with customers for discovery, iteration, launch, and support.
• Make smart tradeoffs between speed, scope, and stability in a hyper-growth environment.

Experience:

• 0+ years of experience in full-stack application engineering.
• Open to Fresh Graduates with strong project experience
• Experience as a Founder on a product that gained some traction (even if failed).
• Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering

Tech stack

• Experience with React, Node.js/Python, and Postgres.
• Proficient with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) in daily workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
