Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and business-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. Unlike a traditional coding-only role, this unique position heavily emphasizes Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, and Proposal Management. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in full-stack development to bridge the gap between our engineering teams and our clients.

Your primary mission will be to understand complex client requirements, design tailored technical solutions, and craft compelling technical and financial proposals for government projects, particularly through the Etimad Platform. Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Proposal Management (Primary Focus)

Etimad Platform Management: Lead the end-to-end bidding process on the Saudi Etimad Platform, from identifying relevant government tenders to the final submission of technical and financial proposals.

Proposal Writing: Draft comprehensive, persuasive, and technically accurate proposals that strictly comply with RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements and showcase Brains Valley's capabilities.

Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales: Analyze client business requirements and design high-level system architectures (Web, App, ERP, CRM) that align with our service offerings.

Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact during the pre-sales phase. Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations to gather requirements and define project scopes.

Technical Demonstrations: Develop and present proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and technical demos to prospective clients, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Full Stack Development & Technical Support

Technical Feasibility: Collaborate closely with the core development team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and accurately estimated in terms of time and resources.

Development Support: Occasionally assist in the development, maintenance, or troubleshooting of web and mobile applications using modern full-stack technologies when required.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, programming languages, frameworks, and government procurement regulations in Saudi Arabia to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of proven experience in the IT industry as a Full Stack Developer (front-end and back-end programming, system architecture, databases).

Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in transitioning into Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, or Solutions Engineering.

Technical & Business Skills

Etimad Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating and managing government tenders through the Saudi Etimad Platform is highly preferred.

Full Stack Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern web and mobile development technologies, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and database management.

Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to identify business opportunities and close deals through technical excellence.

Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to design solutions that address specific business challenges.
