About the Role:

We are building a highly scalable, real-time platform and are looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on the frontend. In this role, you won't just be closing tickets; you will be an independent problem solver taking full ownership of the user interface, client-side state, and seamless real-time interactions. If you love diving into complex front-end architecture, managing real-time data streams, and contributing to a strong engineering culture, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

● Architect and build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js.

● Develop robust backend services in Node.js with TypeScript to support frontend features.

● Implement and manage complex, real-time communication features using WebRTC (handling media streams, socket communication, and peer connections).

● Work independently to build, deploy, and maintain isolated microservices.

● Collaborate closely with the backend team to define API contracts and ensure smooth data flow.

● Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where quick learning and adaptability are highly valued.

Must-Haves:

● 3 years of professional full-stack development experience (or 2+ years of intensive startup experience).

● Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

● Solid experience with Node.js for backend development.

● Proven ability to work independently, manage your own services, and deliver high-
quality code rapidly.

● A strong understanding of modern web security and performance optimization.

Nice-to-Haves (Brownie Points):

● Demonstrable contributions to open-source projects.

● Familiarity with FastAPI (Python).

● Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) for local development workflows.
