Full Stack Engineer MERN /PYTHON

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python to design, develop, and maintain robust applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end systems, a deep understanding of API integrations, and the ability to deliver clean, scalable, and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MERN and Python.
• Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences.
• Implement secure authentication, data management, and real-time features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve performance across the full stack.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency with MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Solid experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI preferred).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL (a plus), and database design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with SaaS product development.
