Overview
Looking for a self-driven growth marketer who can independently build our organic lead engine. This role covers content, SEO, social media, and lightweight experimentation. You will operate as a one-person growth team with full ownership of planning, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Content & SEO

  • Plan and publish SEO-focused blog posts and landing pages.
  • Research keywords and build topic clusters around CRM, sales automation, telecalling, WhatsApp automation, and SMB growth.
  • Optimize on-page SEO and coordinate basic technical fixes as needed.
  • Create industry-specific pages for real estate, digital agencies, manufacturers, and service providers.

Short-Form & Social Content

  • Produce Instagram and LinkedIn content: reels, carousels, snippets, product tips.
  • Repurpose product features into weekly content pieces.
  • Maintain a consistent posting calendar for both platforms.

Distribution & Partnerships

  • Execute micro-influencer outreach and collaborations.
  • Identify and engage industry communities, YT educators, and SMB trainers.
  • Build and grow owned channels such as WhatsApp broadcast lists and email newsletters.

Product-Led Content

  • Create playbooks, case studies, and simple guides explaining CRM features.
  • Work closely with the product team to convert updates into content.

Growth Experiments & Reporting

  • Run small experiments to test new lead channels.
  • Track month-on-month organic traffic, social reach, engagement, and lead conversions.
  • Implement simple automations using tools like Zapier/Make for distribution.

What You Must Bring

  • Strong writing ability with simple, clear communication.
  • Hands-on content creation skills, including basic video editing.
  • Experience owning SEO end-to-end.
  • Comfort with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, basic dashboards).
  • Ability to work without daily supervision; proactive and organized.
  • Experience in early-stage SaaS or martech preferred.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with CRM or sales automation products.
  • Ability to design basic creatives (Canva/Figma).
  • Experience running small community or creator partnerships.

Success Metrics (First 90 Days)

  • Consistent weekly content output.
  • Growth in organic traffic and search impressions.
  • Steady Instagram + LinkedIn posting rhythm with measurable engagement lift.
  • At least two new organic lead channels tested.
  • Clear content calendar and SEO plan for the next quarter.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹14,136.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
