Full Stack JavaScript / Node.js (0-1 Yr Exp)

The Role: Ready for Production

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our core engineering team. This is a high-impact role requiring a self-starter mindset and the confidence to jump straight into a production environment.

You will primarily use Node.js and must be eager to quickly master and contribute using modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, test, and deploy clean, scalable, and efficient code across the full stack.
• Rapidly acquire expertise in new technologies and frameworks, with an initial focus on quickly mastering Meteor.js.
• Collaborate with senior developers on system design, architecture, and feature implementation.
• Actively participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure reliability and performance.
• Embrace a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills)

This role is tailored for candidates who are either high-potential freshers or have up to one year of real-world experience.

Experience Profile: (Must meet one of the following)

• High-Potential Fresher: Proven track record of strong, hands-on personal projects that showcase deep coding ability and understanding of full-stack architecture.
• Junior Developer: 6 months to 1 year of development experience in a live, production-level project environment.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Deep Passion for Coding: A demonstrable, measurable passion for programming and solving complex problems—not just for school or work, but for the craft itself.
• JavaScript Mastery: Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) principles.
• Back-end: Solid foundational knowledge of Node.js and related technologies (Express, etc.).
• Front-end: Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and core concepts of at least one modern front-end library/framework.
• Self-Learner: Exceptional motivation and a proven ability to self-teach and quickly adapt to new frameworks (e.g., you must be able to pick up Meteor.js and contribute rapidly).
• Experience with Git/version control.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
