Full Stack Laravel Developer (AI-Driven Development)

We are a multi-business company headquartered in the USA with a back-office development team based in DHA Phase 2, Karachi.

We are hiring a Mid-Level Web / Software Developer for our night shift team to support and build internal systems, website, web portals, and small ERP solutions used for medical operations.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web-based applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and clean architecture. You should be comfortable working independently and using modern AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web portals and small ERP systems
• Build backend functionality using Laravel (PHP MVC framework)
• Create responsive frontend interfaces using Blade templates and Tailwind CSS
• Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases
• Generate automated PDF reports using wkhtmltopdf
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing systems
• Convert business requirements into functional and scalable applications
• Deploy applications on live servers and manage hosting environments (Linux-based servers preferred)
• Handle server configuration, deployment, updates, and basic DevOps tasks
• Ensure application security, uptime, and performance optimization
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and code optimization

Technical Stack

• Backend: Laravel (PHP Framework)
• Frontend: Blade Templates + Tailwind CSS
• Database: MySQL
• PDF Engine: wkhtmltopdf
• Deployment & Server Management: Linux server deployment (cPanel / VPS / AWS or similar), Git-based deployment, basic DevOps understanding
• AI Development Tools: ChatGPT, Blackbox AI, Lovable.dev, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI coding assistants (must-have working expertise for faster development and problem-solving)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant development experience (mid-level role)
• Strong understanding of Laravel and MVC architecture
• Experience building portals, dashboards, or ERP-style systems
• Good knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization
• Ability to work in night shift (required)
• Strong proficiency in using AI tools for coding, debugging, and development efficiency
• Experience in server deployment and managing live applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
