Full-Stack Lead Engineer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Lead Engineer (Web, Mobile & Cloud) who is ready to take their first step into technical leadership while remaining deeply hands-on. This role is ideal for a strong senior engineer who wants to grow into a leadership position by owning technical decisions, guiding other engineers, and contributing directly to product development.

You will work on a web and mobile, cloud-based platform, helping design, build, and scale web applications, mobile applications, backend services, and cloud infrastructure. While you will not be expected to manage people in a traditional management role, you will provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural direction to web, mobile, frontend, and backend engineers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from an individual contributor to a technical leader, with ownership over system architecture, deployments, and engineering best practices, while still spending a significant amount of time writing production code across web, backend, and mobile layers.

You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions, and gradually take on increased leadership responsibility as the platform and engineering team grow.

Pay: E£7,000.00 - E£11,500.00 per month
