To support this expansion, we are seeking a skilled remote developer based in India.

Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time engineer with proven experience in Flutter and Laravel who will play an important role in strengthening both our mobile and backend systems. You will be directly involved in improving our existing Flutter app for on-site staff, while also building APIs in Laravel to extend features and functionality. This position suits someone proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to high-impact applications.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and support the Flutter mobile application used by security guards and supervisors.
• Develop and refine REST APIs in Laravel to integrate app features.
• Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate remotely with the team and contribute to agile development practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Flutter (Dart), with experience deploying mobile applications.
• Solid expertise in Laravel (PHP), including API development.
• Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub version control.
• Access to a MacBook for iOS app compatibility.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS, DigitalOcean, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Prior work on apps within the security, workforce, or service sectors.
