What We're Looking For

We want to connect with professionals who have:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC and VB.NET
• 5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience
• Deep knowledge of stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning
• Experience with relational database design, data modeling, and SQL optimization
• Proven ability to analyze and debug complex code
• Strong application performance optimization skills
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
• Ability to convert business requirements into logical system designs
• Unit testing, integration testing, and bug troubleshooting
• Experience with code quality and security best practices

Nice to Have:

• Entity Framework or similar ORM tools
• DevOps practices - Git, CI/CD pipelines
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS and front-end frameworks
• Data warehousing or reporting systems experience
• Government or public sector project experience
