Full Stack .net Developer with Angular

SolutionsLoft is looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies, microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular).

This role blends hands-on development (80%) with technical leadership (20%), including architecture planning, code reviews, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-ready microservices and enterprise applications.
• Actively contribute to frontend development using or Angular to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and performance.
• Provide technical mentorship and guide team members in improving code quality and design skills.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, ensuring sprint goals and timelines are achieved.
• Partner with DevOps, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth end-to-end development and deployment.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and performance optimization.
• Communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to management.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in or Angular (v10+).
• Expertise in API design, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Solid understanding of clean architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and caching (Redis, Memcached).
• Practical experience with Kubernetes (OpenShift preferred) and containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar).
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
