Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET/Azure Application Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will design, build, and implement Windows and Web applications that support our WinNetStar ERP system. You will also contribute to custom product development, workflow automation, application performance optimization, and overall solution quality for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance Windows and Web application solutions for the WinNetStar ERP platform.
• Design and deploy custom products, modules, and complex workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance.
• Support QA teams by providing technical clarification and guidance when needed.
• Participate in solution design reviews and apply established Microsoft practices and patterns.
• Assist with deployment of applications across multiple environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and development standards.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to understand requirements and remove technical blockers.
• Self-starter mindset with proactive problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage individual tasks, timelines, and technical estimates.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in backend and frontend development.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in performance tuning and optimizing application behavior.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft development tools, practices, and architectural patterns.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of development experience (or 4+ with an advanced degree) using .NET Core and C#.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with .NET Framework and ASP.NET.
• Experience implementing and consuming API services.
• UI development experience using .NET technologies such as WinForms, WebForms, and Blazor.
• Recent hands-on experience developing backend applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Experience using DevExpress tools.
• Experience with CSLA.NET development framework.
• Experience using Postman for API testing.
• Experience with cross-platform mobile development using Xamarin or MAUI.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience.
