We are looking for a highly technical, execution-focused Marketing Operations Specialist who can manage the full digital performance stack: paid ads,website, social media,tracking, analytics, landing page optimization, and campaign reporting.
This is a role for a doer, not a coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Execution
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Set up campaign structures, audiences, creatives, and tracking parameters.
• Implement retargeting funnels and A/B testing frameworks.
• Monitor pacing, frequency, cost per lead, and campaign uptime daily.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and optimization suggestions.
2. Tracking, Analytics & Conversion Infrastructure
• Set up Google Tag Manager (GTM) for all events and conversions.
• Maintain accurate GA4 reporting dashboards.
• Implement and manage Meta Conversion API.
• Ensure all campaigns have correct UTMs, event mapping, and attribution.
• Create and maintain lead-tracking pipelines connected to our CRM.
3. Technical SEO & Site Health
• Optimize on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links).
• Upload and optimize blog posts according to SEO guidelines.
• Manage sitemap, indexing, redirects, 404 cleanup, and schema markup.
• Run regular SEO audits (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or similar tools).
• Improve site speed, mobile performance, and technical health scores.
4. Landing Page Optimization
• Make improvements in Webflow/WordPress (or equivalent CMS).
• Implement A/B test variants to improve conversion rates.
• Set up and optimize forms, thank-you pages, and tracking pixels.
• Layout and UX improvements.
5. Marketing Operations & System Management
• Maintain a clean, automated marketing funnel from ads to CRM.
• Ensure lead data accuracy, tagging, and quality scoring.
• Coordinate with creative teams (internal and external) for asset delivery.
• Build reusable templates for campaigns and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience
Essential
• 3+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing execution.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Advanced experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Solid understanding of SEO and site health management.
• Competence in Webflow/WordPress (editing, optimizing, creating variations).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data dashboards.
• Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience in real estate, SaaS, e-commerce, or lead-generation industries.
• Basic graphic editing or Canva skills.
• Experience with CRM automation tools.
• Familiarity with African or emerging markets.
