Full Stack Python Developer (AI-Native | On-Premises | Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly skilled, AI-native, and results-oriented Full Stack Python Developer to join our on-premises software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building modern web applications, integrating AI tools and automation platforms (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make.com), and implementing event-driven architectures using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy full stack applications using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) and frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js).
• Integrate and operationalize AI tools and LLM APIs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot into development workflows and product features.
• Develop automation and workflow systems using n8n, Make.com, or Zapier to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Implement event-driven microservices using Pub/Sub systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams, or Google Pub/Sub.
• Manage background task queues using Celery, RQ, or equivalent tools for asynchronous processing.
• Design and expose RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints and integrate with third-party systems.
• Work with cloud environments (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints to deliver high-performance, maintainable, and testable code.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, automation, and developer productivity tools.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of full stack development experience with strong proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and modern frontend technologies.
• Proven experience integrating and working with AI tools like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and other LLM APIs.
• Hands-on experience using automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and Pub/Sub systems (Kafka, Redis Streams, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Experience with asynchronous task queues (Celery, RQ) and scalable backend design.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work full-time from our office location and contribute in a high-performance team environment.
