Job Description

We need a Full-Stack React Developer who can own features from start to finish. You'll build scalable web applications, architect backend systems, and ship production code that matters.
This is a remote-first role with flexible hours, but you must be self-driven and comfortable working independently. No micromanagement, no daily standups — just clear expectations and high trust.

What You'll Build:

Modern web applications using React and TypeScript
Backend APIs and services (Node.js, Express)
Database schemas and integrations (SQL/NoSQL)
Authentication systems and third-party integrations
Scalable architectures that handle real traffic

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive web applications using React and Next.js
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js
Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase)
Implement authentication and authorization systems
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
Collaborate with team on product features and technical decisions
Debug and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews and maintain Git workflow standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
Proficiency in Node.js and building backend APIs
Experience with state management (Context API, Redux, Zustand)
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows
Understanding of RESTful API design and integration
Experience with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, session management)
Comfortable deploying applications to production environments

Soft Skills:

Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving abilities
Clear written communication for remote collaboration
Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for your work
Ability to meet deadlines without constant supervision
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks
Knowledge of TypeScript in production environments
Familiarity with Docker and containerization
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, Socket.io)
Background in performance optimization and web vitals
Previous work on SaaS products or marketplace platforms
Gaming or metaverse industry exposure
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (not mandatory)
